Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact our support team at contact@suntek-robot.com and explain the reason for your return request.

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions by email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all non-defective returned items.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after purchasing, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Defective Items

Damaged Items

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution if approved.

Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will provide instructions for resolving the issue.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your package has not arrived, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we may provide either a replacement or a refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer must follow the standard return procedure after delivery.

Upon receiving a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
